It is important that you please take the time to read and fully understand the following Terms of Use. If you use this website in any shape or form, you are accepting and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. You should not use this website, if you do not want to be bound by any of the following terms.
Furthermore these Terms of Use are subject to change, and we reserve the right to carry out these changes at anytime without notice.
All changes, amendments or additions will become effective from the moment they have been posted. All users of the website are advised to check from time to time for any changes. Please remember it’s your responsibility to make yourself aware of any changes which may have occurred.

ArtAds.com is a privately owned website, and is not a subsidiary of any company, and has no direct links with any other companies or organisations.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are governed by English law.
The following terms and conditions apply to all advertisers whether they are using of our free link advertising, paid advertising, Art advertising or any other form of advertising on this website.
Certain services on this website are free, and some services are not. ArtAds.com reserve the right to change this policy, by extending the number of free services or withdrawing some or all of them at any time in the future.
Anyone wishing to advertise their ArtAds on this website can do so free of charge, provided they are genuinely interested in receiving enquiries from Art advertisers for the purpose of making a sale of that art item.
Anyone who wishes to copy, print, or download Art Ads should do so only with the permission of the art advertiser.
ArtAds.com reserve the right to alter, amend or remove any information, page or service from the website without notice either temporarily or indefinitely.
All Advertisers using this website are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all relevant Advertising Regulations, that the information they provide is both true and accurate, and that they avoid anything which may be deemed offensive.
It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to state clearly if they are a gallery.
All advertisements are suspended until such time, that ArtAds.com staff have evaluated and are satisfied that the advert is suitable for display.
In line with ArtAds.com’s Service Standards, Art Ads will be vetted and if passed will become live normally within 24 hours of submission. During certain periods e.g. Weekends, Christmas, Easter or Bank Holidays, this may take slightly longer. We reserve the right to delay vetting or posting of Art Ads live for any reason.
ArtAds.com reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, suspend, change the content of, or amend in whatever way any advertisement without giving prior notice or an explanation.
ArtAds.com reserve the right to terminate any advertisements or Advertisers Accounts at any time without notice or an explanation.
By placing advertisements or data on the website, you are doing so on the understanding that you are totally responsible for it, it’s content or any implications it may have or disputes/complaints which may arise as a result of it.
After vetting all Art Ads become live for one month from the date of posting. If an Art advertiser has a “Closing Date for Applications” and they don’t want the advert to remain live after this date, then it is the responsibility of the advertiser to delete the advert after that date, otherwise the Art Ad will remain live until it expires.
ArtAds.com are not responsible for any errors, omissions or misleading statements which may appear on any part of the website or in any advertisements.
ArtAds.com are not in any way responsible for disputes which may arise between advertisers or visitors to this site.
ArtAds.com are not responsible for the actions or intentions of any advertisers in any way.
The fact that an advertisement appears on this website, does not mean that the advertiser is bone fide and it is up to the Art seeker to undertake all necessary investigations to satisfy themselves that they are, before applying to an Art Ad, or accepting an offer.
ArtAds.com will take all reasonable precautions when vetting an advertisement, but please remember we can only go by the wording of the advert which has been supplied to us by the Advertiser.
All Users of this website please beware, you do so entirely at your own risk.
ArtAds.com will not be responsible for any errors or technical difficulties with the functionality or availability of the website or of electronic mail transmissions, and consequentially are not responsible for any losses of profit, or time or any other damages which may arise.
